OWN LONDON is delighted to unveil the complete transformation of a 6,330 sq ft private residence in London’s prestigious Chelsea Park Gardens. A milestone project led by Head of Design, Jorge Khawam, it brought together the full complement of the studio’s expertise covering interior architecture, interior design, FF&E and construction.
Working closely with the Client, every aspect and detail of their family lifestyle was carefully considered to create a truly one-of-a-kind family home. The result is a characterful five-bedroom residence that blends ‘country house style with a quirky modern twist’.
Highlights of the project include, redesign of all internal layouts to enhance the family home for entertaining, creating voluminous indoor-outdoor living areas; reconfiguring the basement and design of a new spa area, steam room, gym and home cinema. A stunning new master suite occupies the first floor with separate ‘His and Hers’ ensuite bathroom and dressing rooms. Children’s rooms and multifunction playroom occupy the second floor along with a separate ‘nanny annexe’.
